目前研究方向聚焦在以下三個(gè)方向:
1.微機(jī)電系統(tǒng):微納傳感器與驅(qū)動器、mems動力學(xué)、微納機(jī)械諧振器等
2.智能材料結(jié)構(gòu)與器件:柔性驅(qū)動與傳感技術(shù)、振動能量采集技術(shù)等
3.MEMS器件的非線性機(jī)理研究:混沌、分岔、同步、模態(tài)局部化等
